When, not IF, WHEN the servers go offline then nobody will be able to play the game anymore, not even for the singleplayer component, and reviews WILL reflect on this fact and drive away future customers. This is absolutely nonsensical, there is no good reason for requiring an online connection for a singleplayer component, especially for a demo.Īnd while I have read that there are "no plans for switching the servers off soon", you have to understand that you'll be hurting yourselves in the longrun if you don't allow players to continue playing offline.
